Capita Europe was born out of this conviction: in 2015 Capita, Great Britain’s leading outsourcing specialist, took over three successful individual brands, including the market leader in German-speaking countries. The three companies were united under the Capita brand and have since been present in Germany and Switzerland as part of the Customer Management Division.
