Berlin – Capita expands its management and appoints André Stark as CEO of Capita Germany. The 52-year-old assumes the overall operational and strategic responsibility for the German business of the European outsourcing specialist starting from 7 January 2019.
Stark was previously responsible for digital services and e-commerce activities at the BMW Group. Before that, he was the managing director of AutoScout24 for six years and had held various management positions at Deutsche Telekom AG. Stark brings on board a wealth of expertise in sales, marketing, product management and IT as well as in administration and finance, and will push ahead in the future particularly in the fields of digitalisation and the strategic BPO business of the outsourcing service provider.

My experience in managing complex and dynamic organisations will contribute to Capita being able to offer its customers enhanced integrated and added value-orientated solutions", says the new CEO of Capita Germany, André Stark.
Marcus Meloni remains at the helm of Capita Europe who, as the CEO of Capita Europe, will also occupy a seat on the Supervisory Board of the German company in future. Meloni will be focusing even more than before on strategic customer and market development in Europe.

The expansion of the leadership team in Germany is a step further in the implementation of the overall strategy of Capita Europe. This aim is to develop digital transformation and value-added services in the BPO business even more intensively, while at the same time continuing to consolidate its best-in-class position in the omni-channel service centre business.
